Having 3 children, a Labrador and a wood burning stove, our neutral coloured lounge carpet has taken a bit of a hammering over the last couple of years so we asked you to clean it for us. You came after last Fridays meeting and although we had to go out, you set about your work and by the time we came home you had cleaned our carpet to ‘as good as new’ and re organised our living room andall for a very reasonable price!

I recently used Crystal Clean Norwich for my end of tenancy clean. This included all carpets, my sofa and a full kitchen and bathroom clean. I had lived in the property for two years and although I had kept the carpets in a very good condition, it was amazing how much cleaner they became! The cleaning process was fast and still very efficient, with all carpets being cleaned thoroughly as well as stains being removed. I was worried that the materials used to clean the carpets may leave a chemical smell but the house was left smelling very pleasant! The prices were very fair and I felt that I was given a personalised quote rather than a one size fits all deal. The staff were very friendly and were able to answer questions and give me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again! – Susie

I approached Mark with a view to having him undertake an end of tenancy clean of my renal property. I needed this carried out pretty quickly and Mark was only too happy to help me. The tenant had already had someone to go in and carry out a certain amount of cleaning. However, this was not up to Mark’s standard – especially the cooker. Mark cleaned from top to bottom, and spent a long hard day doing so. He made a superb job, and the whole place took on a new look and restored my pride in the property. The ‘wow’ factor was back. Dear Mark, we sat on it, we walked on it and you Crystal Cleaned it! We are getting ready to put our house on the market and as with most people did not want to spend lots of money to get the house looking its best. The lounge and dining room carpets and the sofas needed attention! On calling to make an appointment you provided a very reasonable guestimate over the phone and were able to fit us in just a few days later. You arrived on time with all your equipment and set straight to work. Hats off to you for coping with a pretty chaotic room full of furniture. We left you to get on and returned to a much brighter home.The difference was amazing – to be honest when we booked to have the dining room done we didn’t think it was that bad – but the carpet is now a different colour!
